Getting there

Public Transport

From the center of Split, go to the main bus station located near the harbor (Autobusni kolodvor Split). Look for buses that head towards 'Maljkovo' or 'Peruća Lake'. Buses are frequent, but it's good to check the schedule. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride for about 30-40 minutes. After arriving at the bus stop for Maljkovo, disembark and follow the signs towards Peruća Lake. The lake is a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.

Walking

If you prefer to walk, start at the Diocletian's Palace and head towards the waterfront. Follow the Riva promenade along the coast until you reach the bus station. From there, catch a bus to Maljkovo as described above. After getting off at the Maljkovo stop, walk towards the lake by taking the path that leads north. The area is well-marked and will take you directly to Peruća Lake in about 15 minutes.

Taxi or Rideshare

For a more direct route, you can use a taxi or rideshare service. Simply request a ride to 'Peruća Lake' or 'Maljkovo' using your preferred app. The ride will take approximately 25-30 minutes from the city center, depending on traffic conditions. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they know the exact location.
