If you're driving, start from the town of Split. Take the D8 road (also known as the Adriatic Highway) towards Omiš. Continue on the D8 until you reach the town of Drvenik. From Drvenik, take the ferry to Sućuraj. The ferry operates frequently, but it's a good idea to check the schedule in advance. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Sućuraj, follow the signs to Tvrđava Fortica, which is approximately a 10-minute drive from the ferry port. You will find parking available near the fort.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Split to Drvenik. The bus journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Drvenik, you will need to take the ferry to Sućuraj. The ferry schedule may vary, so it's advisable to check in advance. After arriving at Sućuraj, you can either walk (about 30 minutes) or take a local taxi to Tvrđava Fortica, which is around 2 km from the ferry port. Taxis are generally available at the ferry terminal.

Starting from the ferry terminal, head northeast on D116, and follow the signs toward the fort. The path is mostly along the road, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area.
