You can park at one of the nearby parking facilities, such as the Parking Garage at the Green Market, which is about a 10-minute walk from Vestibul. From the parking garage, head towards the Old Town and follow the signs to the Diocletian's Palace. Vestibul is located at Ul. Iza Vestibula 1, just inside the palace area.
