Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the heart of Split, head towards the Riva waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade towards the eastern side until you reach the entrance to Diocletian's Palace, marked by the Silver Gate (Srebrna vrata). Enter through the Silver Gate, and you will find yourself in the palace area. Continue walking straight through the narrow streets, following the signs towards 'Peristil.' You will eventually arrive at the Peristil, a large open square surrounded by impressive Roman architecture.

    From the Split Cathedral, which is located just adjacent to the Peristil, walk towards the main entrance of the Cathedral and then make a left turn. You will see the Peristil directly ahead of you. It's a short, picturesque walk.
