Getting There

  • Walking

    From Ploce, head towards the Old Town area. Walk down the hill towards the main street, Ulica Frana Supila. Continue walking straight until you reach the Ploce Gate leading into the Old Town. Once through the gate, follow the signs towards Stradun, the main street of Dubrovnik. Sponza Palace is located at Stradun 2, which is just a short walk from the gate. Look for the building with a beautiful façade and intricate details on your left side as you walk along Stradun.

    If you prefer to take a bus, you can catch a local bus from the Ploce area. Look for Bus Line 1A or 1B at the nearest bus stop. Make sure to purchase a ticket from the ticket machine or kiosk before boarding. After a short ride, disembark at the 'Pile' stop. From there, walk towards the Old Town entrance, the Pile Gate. Once inside the Old Town, walk down Stradun until you reach Sponza Palace at Stradun 2.
