Walking
From the center of Hvar town, head south towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Walk along the promenade until you reach the end, where you'll see the St. Stephen's Cathedral. Continue walking straight towards the old town square. After passing the square, take the first left onto a narrow street. Follow this street as it winds up the hill. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will see the Church of St. Anthony on your right, set slightly back from the path.

If you are starting from the Hvar Fortress (Fortica), exit the fortress and head down the path towards the town. Once you reach the main road, turn left and follow the road downhill. When you reach the waterfront promenade (Riva), turn right and walk along the promenade until you reach the old town square. From there, take the first left onto the narrow street, and follow it as it winds up the hill for about 10 minutes until you see the Church of St. Anthony on your right.
