Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Hvar Town Square (Trg Sv. Stjepana), head southeast towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Walk along the promenade until you reach the end, where you will find the marina. Continue walking along the waterfront, keeping the sea on your left. After approximately 10 minutes, you will pass a few local shops and restaurants. Keep walking straight, following the signs towards Fabrika b.b. After another 5 minutes, you will see the entrance to GRAD HVAR on your right, located at Fabrika b.b.

  • Walking

    If you are near the Franciscan Monastery, exit the monastery grounds and turn left onto the main road (D116). Walk for about 15 minutes towards Hvar Town. Once you reach the Town Square, follow the directions above from Hvar Town Square to GRAD HVAR.

    From the Hvar Fortress (Fortica), head down the hill towards the town. Once you reach the bottom, turn left onto the main road (D116). Walk straight until you reach Hvar Town Square. From there, follow the waterfront promenade to GRAD HVAR as described above.
