If you are in the center of Hvar town, start at the main promenade along the waterfront (Riva). Walk towards the west along the promenade until you reach the large stone fortress known as Fortica (Spanjola). From there, turn right and continue walking uphill for about 10 minutes until you reach the main square, Trg Svetog Stjepana.
