Getting There

Walking
From the main square (Trg svetog Stjepana) in Hvar, head east towards the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end of the pathway. From there, take a left and follow the signs towards the ferry port. Once you reach the ferry terminal, you will need to board a ferry to Split, which usually departs every hour. The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

After arriving at Split ferry terminal, exit the ferry and walk straight ahead. You will see the main road (Obala Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda) in front of you. Turn right and walk along the waterfront, passing by several cafes and shops. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ulica Domovinskog rata. Turn left onto Ulica Domovinskog rata and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see a large square on your right side; this is Narodni trg, where the Old Town Hall is located.
