    From the center of Hvar town, head towards the waterfront promenade (Riva). Walk along the promenade until you reach the main square (Trg Sv. Stjepana). From the square, take the main road (Ulica Dinka Šimunovića) leading out of town. Continue straight for about 15-20 minutes, following the signs for the ferry terminal. Once you reach the road leading to the ferry, look for signs directing you towards Split. You may need to take a ferry from Hvar to Split first, as the Viewpoint to Marjan is located in Split.

    Once you arrive at the ferry terminal in Hvar, purchase a ticket for the ferry heading to Split (the ferry terminal is located at the waterfront). The ferry ride takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Split ferry terminal, disembark and walk straight towards the main street (Obala Lazareta). Continue onto the waterfront promenade until you reach the intersection with Šetalište Luke Botića. Turn right, and follow the promenade until you reach the Viewpoint to Marjan, which will be on your left.

  • Public Transport

    After taking the ferry to Split, you can also opt for public transport. Once you arrive at the Split ferry terminal, head to the bus station located nearby. Take bus line 12 or 15 towards Marjan Park. The bus will drop you off close to the entrance of Marjan Park. From there, follow the signs leading towards the Viewpoint to Marjan, which is a short walk uphill.
