If you are driving from Rijeka, take the E65 highway towards Opatija. After approximately 60 km, follow the signs to Cres. Once you reach the island, continue driving to Cres town. The Monastery and Church of St. Francis is located at Šetalište 20. travnja 10. You will find parking available nearby, but be aware that there may be a fee depending on the time of year.

Public Transportation
To reach the Monastery and Church of St. Francis by public transport, take a bus from Rijeka to the ferry terminal in Porozina. The bus ride takes about 1.5 hours. From Porozina, take the ferry to Cres (approximately 30 minutes). Upon arrival at Cres, you can either walk to the monastery, which is about a 15-minute walk from the ferry port, or take a local taxi for a small fee.

Once you arrive in Cres town, the Monastery and Church of St. Francis is a short walk from the central square. Head towards Šetalište 20. travnja, and you will see the monastery on your left. The walk should take around 10 minutes from the square.
