From any location within Lika, head towards the town of Gospić. Once in Gospić, follow signs for the D50 road heading west towards the town of Otočac. After approximately 25 km, you will reach Otočac. Continue on the D50 road for another 14 km until you see signs for the D3 road. Turn onto the D3 road and follow it for about 30 km. You will start to see signs for Veliki Zavižan. As you approach Klada, look for the access road leading to Veliki Zavižan. The final stretch may require a bit of navigating on smaller roads, so use GPS to assist you. There are no tolls on this route.
