Walking
If you are starting from the Makarska Riva (the waterfront promenade), head east towards the main square (Trg Franje Tuđmana). Continue straight on the promenade until you reach the end, where the Riva meets the beach. Keep walking along the beach promenade; the Monument of St. Peter is located at the eastern end of the beach, near the entrance to the Biokovo National Park. Look for the distinctive sculpture that marks the monument.

From the Makarska Main Bus Station, head south to the main road (Ulica Don Mihovila Pavlinovića) and turn left. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Kralja Tomislava. Turn right and continue towards the waterfront. Once you reach the Riva, follow the promenade east until you reach the Monument of St. Peter at the end of the beach.
