Getting There

Start your journey at the main square in Makarska, Trg Frankopana. From here, head east towards the coastline. You will reach the waterfront promenade (Riva) in about 5 minutes. Once at the Riva, turn left and walk along the promenade towards the south. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade, where you'll see a path leading up into the hills. This path is marked with signs directing you towards 'Nugal'. Follow this path for approximately 30 minutes, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way. The path is well-trodden but can be steep in places. As you approach the viewpoint, you'll see a sign for Viewpoint Nugal. The viewpoint will be on your right side with stunning panoramic views of the coastline.
