Wonderful experience with a company that puts safety first

As someone with limited mobility, I had always wanted to try some sort of flying experience and felt that this was probably something that I could manage. For other others in the similar situations, I’m a woman in my late 50s with a few miles on the clock, and particular problems with my knees and lower legs. If you can make it out to the Boat which means walking to waste deep across some slippery boulders, and then climb the equivalent of a pool side ladder, then you can take part in this activity because that was the hardest thing for me. The crew could not have any more kind and patient, they helped me up the ladder and back down again, helping me place my feet and giving me a shove when I needed a bit of extra push LOL. Likewise, on the way back to shore, when I slipped on the rocks the captain was there with an arm to help me get up find my footing and make my way to the shore (as my teenage daughter sniggered from her position of safety on the beach 🤨) The experience itself was everything I hoped it would be, what can I say, you are flying in blue skies across Crystal sea with views for miles. It was utterly beautiful and just one of those moments that will always be there in your memories, worth every penny. However… The most important and best part for me was the obvious priority the company gave to safety over profit while mother operators were still taking people out, I had received a message in the morning saying they felt that the wind was too high and it was not safe to go out that day, a couple of hours later, I got another message saying that we could go ahead but it would be late in the afternoon which worked for us. However, it became apparent to me on the last part of the journey that conditions were becoming a little tricky and my daughter whispered in my ear “I’m glad we weren’t the last ones to go up“ anyway, as we were getting dressed and saying thank you and goodbyes I watched the lady who runs the Booking is turning people away for the rest of the day, offering to text them the following day but basically saying that in their opinion, it was not safe to go out again that day. And that they would take the phone number of the customers and contact them the following day if they felt conditions were good enough. Walking back along the beach we could see that there was still at least one other operator still working, the Winter are definitely picked up and personally I feel very very glad that we chose to go with this company. From start to finish they were professional, kind and helpful I really can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Absolutely Amazing Trip

The views were amazing. The guide was brilliant and really kind. This was a fantastic introduction into quad bikes. They ensured we were alright the whole way, fed us and kept us hydrated. Overall, an incredible experience.
