If you are driving from anywhere in the Peljesac Peninsula, make your way towards the town of Pomena, which is located on the north side of Mljet Island. To reach Pomena, take the D414 road from your location and drive towards the town of Dubrovnik. From Dubrovnik, follow the signs leading to the ferry terminal at Gruz. At the ferry terminal, you will find ferries that operate to Mljet. The ferry ride typically lasts around 1 hour and costs approximately 80 Kuna (around 11 Euro) for a one-way trip.

You can take a bus from various locations in the Peljesac Peninsula to reach Dubrovnik. Look for bus services that connect towns like Orebić or Ston to Dubrovnik. Once in Dubrovnik, head to the Gruz ferry terminal. Buses to Dubrovnik typically cost between 50 to 100 Kuna (around 7 to 14 Euro). After arriving at Gruz, purchase a ferry ticket to Pomena on Mljet Island. The ferry ride takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 80 Kuna (around 11 Euro).
