If you're driving, head towards the village of Pomena, which is located on the western side of Mljet Island. From Pomena, take the road towards the north, which will lead you to the entrance of Mljet National Park. Follow the signs towards Malo jezero, and you'll arrive at the lake in approximately 10 minutes. Note that parking may be limited near the lake, so arrive early to secure a spot.

To reach Malo jezero by public transportation, you can take a bus from the main town of Sobra or the village of Polače to Pomena. Buses run several times a day, and the journey will take about 30 minutes. Once in Pomena, follow the signs to Mljet National Park and walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach Malo jezero. The walk will take around 25 minutes, and it's a scenic route, so enjoy the views along the way.
