Getting There

  • Bus

    From the center of Split, head to the main bus station located near the ferry port. Look for the bus line that goes to Solin. The bus lines you can take are number 1 or number 60. Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or from the driver. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Solin' stop, which is the main stop in Solin.

  • Walking

    Once you arrive at the 'Solin' bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards the main road (Ul. don Frane Bulića). Continue on this road for about 10-15 minutes until you see signage for Ruševine Salone. The entrance to the archaeological site will be on your right. It is a short and pleasant walk through a residential area.

  • Bicycle

    You can rent a bicycle in Split and take a leisurely ride to Solin. From the center, head towards the Adriatic Highway (D8) and then follow the signs to Solin. The ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you reach Ul. don Frane Bulića, follow the road until you find the entrance to Ruševine Salone on your right.
