    If you're starting from the Split Riva (the waterfront promenade), head northeast towards the Diocletian's Palace. Enter the palace through the Golden Gate and walk straight through the main square (Peristil). Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the palace complex and turn left onto Ul. kralja Tomislava. Follow this street for about 10 minutes; you will see Strossmayerova Fountain on your right near the intersection with Ul. Špire Brusine.

    From the main bus station in Split, take bus number 18 or 37 towards 'Kopilica'. Get off at the 'Kralja Tomislava' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight ahead on Ul. kralja Tomislava for about 5 minutes. Strossmayerova Fountain will be on your left, just before you reach the intersection with Ul. Špire Brusine.
