Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Old Town area of Split, start at the famous Diocletian's Palace. Exit the palace from the Golden Gate (Zlatna vrata) and turn right onto the street called 'Ulica Kralja Tomislava'. Follow this street until you reach the waterfront promenade, known as 'Riva'. Once at Riva, continue walking along the promenade towards the west until you see the path leading up towards Marjan Hill. You will see a sign that says 'Marjan'. Follow the path up the hill, and after about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the Viewpoint at Šetalište Luke Botića 3, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Split.

    From the main bus station in Split, take bus number 12 towards 'Marjan'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Marjan' stop. From there, follow the signs directing you towards the Marjan Hill entrance. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will soon arrive at the Viewpoint located at Šetalište Luke Botića 3.
