From the heart of Kaptol, head south on Kaptol Street until you reach the intersection with Ulica Ivana Tkalčića. Turn left onto Ulica Ivana Tkalčića. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters. You will see Spomenik prostitutki on your right side at Ul. Ivana Tkalčića 45.
