Take the left path that leads towards the coast. Follow this road for another 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Playa. Turn right here. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers along the coast, enjoying the scenic views. When you reach the end of Calle de la Playa, you will see a roundabout. From the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida de la Paz. Proceed for another 1 kilometer until you arrive at Plaza Piar in Willemstad. The Statue Manuel Carlos Piar is located prominently in the plaza, easily visible as you approach.

    Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start in the center of Soto and head north on Calle Soto. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left path that leads towards the coast and follow it for about 500 meters. At the intersection with Calle de la Playa, turn right and cycle along the coast for approximately 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida de la Paz and bike for another kilometer. You will find Plaza Piar, where the Statue Manuel Carlos Piar is located, at the end of your route.
