Walking
If you are in the Ayia Napa square area, head towards the Ayia Napa Monastery. Once you reach the monastery, continue straight on the main road (Kryou Nerou) until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the coast. Turn left at this intersection, and continue walking straight. You will pass several restaurants and shops. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Mackenzie Beach.
Bus
From the Ayia Napa Bus Station, take the bus towards Larnaca. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary. You will need to get off at the Mackenzie Beach stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs that direct you to the beach which is just a short walk from the bus stop.

You can easily find a taxi at various points around Ayia Napa, especially near the main square. Tell the driver you want to go to Mackenzie Beach. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure you agree on a fare or confirm that the meter is on before starting your journey.
