Getting There

Walking
Start at the Ayia Napa Square, which is the central point of the town. From the square, head east on Makariou Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Kryou Nerou Street. Turn left onto Kryou Nerou Street and keep walking. After approximately 600 meters, you will reach Nissi Avenue. Cross the street and continue straight. After another 800 meters, you will see signs for Makronissos Beach. Follow the signs, and in about 200 meters, you will arrive at Makronissos Beach.

Bus
From Ayia Napa Square, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Makariou Avenue. Board the bus heading towards Protaras or Nissi Beach. Inform the driver to stop at the Makronissos Beach stop, which is usually announced. The journey should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you get off, follow the path down to the beach, which is just a short walk away.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near Ayia Napa Square. Once you have your bike, head east on Makariou Avenue. Cycle straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Kryou Nerou Street. Turn left and continue for about 600 meters to Nissi Avenue.
