Start at Famagusta city center, near the historic Othello Castle. From there, head southeast on Salamis Road (Salamis Caddesi) for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Kocanlı Street. Turn right onto Kocanlı Street and continue walking for another 1 kilometer. You will see signs directing you towards Apostoli Barnabaan luostari, which is located in the Tuzla area. Follow the signs until you reach the monastery, which will be on your left.

From the city center of Famagusta, take a local bus heading towards Tuzla. The bus stop is located near Othello Castle. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you want to get off at Apostoli Barnabaan luostari. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. After disembarking, walk a short distance (about 500 meters) in the direction indicated by the bus stop signage towards the monastery, which will be visible on your left.
