Once in Pano Amiantos, the garden is easily accessible and well-signposted. Parking is available near the entrance.

From Troodos Square, take the bus towards Pano Amiantos. Bus services may be limited, so check the schedule in advance. Alight at the Pano Amiantos bus stop. From there, it's approximately a 15-minute walk to the Troodos Botanical Garden. Follow the signs leading to the garden. A single bus fare costs approximately €2-€3.

If you are already hiking within Troodos National Forest Park, the botanical garden is accessible on foot. Follow the signs towards Pano Amiantos. From Pano Amiantos, follow the signs to the Troodos Botanical Garden, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Note that the walk involves some uphill sections.
