At the end of Ledra Street, instead of crossing the checkpoint to Northern Cyprus, turn left onto 28th October Street. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Granikou Street. Walk for about 5 minutes; the museum is on your right. This walk is approximately 20 minutes.
