Public Transport
From the Larnaca city center, head to the Larnaca Central Bus Station on Grigori Afxentiou Street. Take bus number 425 towards 'Larnaca Salt Lake'. The bus ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Alight at the 'Salt Lake' bus stop. From there, walk towards the lake; the Flamingo Observatory Spot is a short, approximately 10-minute walk. Follow the path along the lake, looking for the designated viewing area. A single bus fare costs approximately €1.50.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available throughout Larnaca. Simply instruct the driver to take you to the Flamingo Observatory Spot at 'VJJ8+FXF Larnaca Salt Lake'. The journey should take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. A typical taxi fare from the city center will range from €6-€8.
Driving
From the center of Larnaca, head southeast on Grigori Afxentiou Street towards the Larnaca Salt Lake. Follow signs for Larnaca Salt Lake. As you approach the lake, look for the Flamingo Observatory Spot located at VJJ8+FXF. Free parking is available in a few different locations near the lake, including a large parking area just off the B4 road and another near the Hala Sultan Tekkesi mosque.
