Driving
From Larnaca, take the A5 motorway towards Limassol, then exit onto the F112 towards Vavla. Follow the F112, and signs for Vavla will lead you to the village. Once in Vavla, follow local signs to the Ecophysis Bee & Nature Center. Parking is available near the center. The drive from Larnaca takes approximately 35-45 minutes. Be aware that roads in the Troodos foothills can be winding.
Public Transport
From Larnaca, take the 408 bus towards Kofinou. From Kofinou, transfer to the 403 bus towards Vavla. Get off at the 'Choirokoitia - Vavla Road - 3rd Stop'. From there, it's approximately a 20-minute walk into Vavla village and to the Ecophysis Bee & Nature Center. Check the Cyprus Public Transport website for the most up-to-date bus schedules as services are limited. The total journey time is approximately 2 hours. A single bus fare costs approximately €2-4 per segment.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are available from Larnaca to Vavla. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around €40-€60 for a one-way trip. Ride-sharing services may also be available, but availability can be limited in rural areas. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
