Today, Marcos Zambartas, Akis's son, runs the winery with his wife, Marleen, continuing his father's vision with passion and enthusiasm. They manage over 13 hectares of organically tended vineyards, producing around 120,000 bottles annually. Zambartas is known for its 'Single Vineyard' range, which highlights the unique characteristics of each vineyard site and showcases the distinct flavors of Cyprus.
