From Limassol, take the EMEL bus line 40 to Agios Amvrosios. The bus departs from Archiepiskopou Leontiou A´ - Panagioti Diomidous station every two hours. Get off at the Agios Amvrosios Community Board 1 stop. From there, walk along the main road, Grigores Afxentiou Street, for approximately 5 minutes to reach Zambartas Wineries. A single bus fare costs €2.

From Limassol, take the Limassol-Platres road towards the Troodos Mountains. Follow the signs to Agios Amvrosios. As you enter the village, follow the main road. Zambartas Wineries is located on Grigores Afxentiou Street, clearly signposted. Parking is available near the winery, but it can be limited during peak hours. Parking is free. Note that the roads leading to Agios Amvrosios can be winding and steep in some sections, so drive carefully.
