Public Transport
To reach Platania by public transport, take a bus from the main bus station in Limassol or Nicosia towards Troodos. Get off at the Platres stop. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to Platania. Head south on the main road (B9) for approximately 1 km, and you will see signs directing you to Platania. The bus fare from Nicosia or Limassol to Kakopetria ranges from €4-€8.
Driving
If you are driving to Platania from the center of Troodos, head east on the B9 road for approximately 10 kilometers. You will pass through the village of Platres. Look for signs directing you towards Platania. Parking is available near the entrance to the Platania National Reserve.
