Point Centre for Contemporary Art: Nicosia's Creative Hub

The Point Centre for Contemporary Art is a vibrant cultural hub in Nicosia, Cyprus, committed to supporting and promoting contemporary artistic expression. Situated at Megaro Hadjisavva, Evagorou 2, in the heart of the city, the center occupies a strategic location bridging Nicosia's historic old town and its modern commercial district. Founded as a non-profit organization, the Point Centre evolved from UNDO, a critical journal in the arts and humanities established in 2007. The journal grew into the UNDO Foundation, which collaborated with Künstlerhaus Bethanien to offer grants and residencies to Cypriot artists. This initiative highlighted the need for a dedicated space to showcase the artists' work, leading to the creation of the Point Centre. The Point Centre hosts rotating exhibitions, workshops, and artist talks, providing visitors with opportunities to engage directly with artists and their work.
