From the Paphos Harbour, take the number 615 bus towards Paphos Airport. Get off at the 'Mesogi' stop. Once you exit the bus, head east on the main road (B7). The winery is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Continue straight along the B7 road, and you will see Fikardos Winery on your left.

You can easily find taxis at Paphos Harbour or any major hotel in Paphos. Simply tell the driver to take you to Fikardos Winery located on B7, Mesogi 8280. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
