Note that reaching the actual summit is not possible due to the military base. There are no costs associated with walking to the accessible areas.

    From Limassol, take the Intercity bus service to Troodos. Buses depart from the Limassol Bus Station on Larnacos Street. The journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Get off at Troodos Square and either take a local bus or a taxi to Mount Olympos, approximately 15 minutes away. Check local schedules for bus timings as they vary. A single bus fare from Limassol to Troodos costs approximately €4-€6.

  • Taxi

    From any taxi stand in Limassol, hire a taxi to Mount Olympos in Troodos. The journey takes around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Confirm the fare before starting the ride; it should range between €40-€60. Note that ride-hailing apps may also be available.
