Driving
From Paphos, follow the coastal road towards Akamas. Then, follow Avakas Gorge Road, which leads directly to the parking area near the gorge entrance. Note that the road from White River Beach to the parking lots is unpaved with potholes and stones. Parking is free. Approaching the final parking lot closest to the entrance is best suited for vehicles with high clearance.
Public Transport
From Kato Paphos Station, take bus line 615 to Coral Bay. Transfer to bus line 616 and ride it to the Agiou Georgiou Pegias 9 stop, near the church of Agios Georgios in Peyia. From there, it's approximately a 3-kilometer walk to the Avakas Gorge entrance. A single bus fare costs €1.50, or a day pass can be purchased for €5.00.
