To reach Agios Konstantinos via public transport, first travel to Limassol. From Limassol, take an Intercity Bus to a village closer to the Troodos mountains. From there, it may be possible to take a local bus towards Agios Nikolaos and disembark at the closest stop to Agios Konstantinos. Bus schedules vary, so check in advance. From the bus stop, there may be a 10-15 minute walk to reach the village. A single bus ticket within Paphos costs €2 (or €3 at night).
