From the center of Kalopanayiotis, follow the signs towards the Agios Ioannis Lampadistis Monastery. Cross the bridge over the Setrachos River. The Monopati trail head is located on the road that descends towards the monastery. The trail is well-marked.

Public Transport

From Nicosia, take the bus to Kalopanayiotis. From the central bus stop in Kalopanayiotis, walk towards the village center and follow the road signs for the Monastery of Agios Ioannis Lampadistis. The Monopati trail begins near the monastery. Bus fare from Nicosia to Kalopanayiotis is approximately €4-€7.

Driving

From Nicosia, follow the B9 road, following signs for Kalopanayiotis. As you approach the village, follow signs for the Monastery of Agios Ioannis Lampadistis. Limited parking is available near the monastery and the trail entrance. Parking is free. Be aware that the roads leading to Kalopanayiotis are winding mountain roads.
