From Troodos Square, head to the nearest bus stop. You will take the bus to the village of Koilani. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings as they may vary. The journey should take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Koilani, get off at the main bus stop. From there, you need to walk towards Archimandriti Kyprianou E803 road. Head northeast on Archimandriti Kyprianou E803 for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Ayia Mavri winery on your right. The winery is located at Archimandriti Kyprianou E803 8, Koilani 4776.

If you are already in Koilani, you can walk to Ayia Mavri winery. Start from the Koilani village center and head towards the main road, Archimandriti Kyprianou E803. Walk along this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, and you will find Ayia Mavri winery on your right. The winery is a popular tourist attraction, so it should be easy to spot.
