Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the main town in the Tylliria Region, such as Kato Pyrgos. From Kato Pyrgos, head south on the E701 road towards Pentalia. Continue for about 12 kilometers, passing through picturesque rural scenery. As you near Pentalia, look for the signs indicating the direction to Yerania. Turn onto the designated road that leads to the mountain peak. The drive will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Ensure to check your fuel levels before heading out, as there may not be many fuel stations in the area.
Public Transportation
To reach Yerania using public transportation, take a bus from Kato Pyrgos heading to Pentalia. Buses may not run frequently, so it’s best to check the local schedule in advance. Once you arrive in Pentalia, you will likely need to use a taxi or walk approximately 3 kilometers towards the mountain peak, as public transport may not go directly to Yerania. Expect to pay around €5-€10 for a taxi ride. Make sure to confirm the taxi fare before starting your journey.
