Pay attention to parking signs, as parking can be limited in the historic area. There are several public parking garages nearby, but expect to pay around 200 CZK per hour.

Public Transportation - Train
To reach Josefov by public transport, take a train from any location in Bohemia to Prague Main Station (Praha hlavní nádraží). Once you arrive at the station, exit and follow the signs to the metro. Take Metro Line C (the red line) towards Letňany and get off at the 'Národní třída' station. Transfer to Line B (the yellow line) at 'Můstek' station and ride towards Zličín. Get off at 'Florenc' station, then exit and walk about 15 minutes to the Old Jewish Cemetery at Široká 3, 110 00 Josefov. Alternatively, you can catch tram number 17 from 'Florenc' to 'Právnická fakulta'. The total train journey should cost around 100 CZK.

If you are in a smaller town in Bohemia, take a bus to Prague’s Florenc Bus Station. From there, follow the directions provided for the train option above. The bus tickets can range from 100 to 300 CZK depending on the distance and service provider. Once you reach Florenc, you can either walk or take tram number 17 to 'Právnická fakulta' and walk the remaining distance.

Once you have arrived in Josefov, the Old Jewish Cemetery is located at Široká 3. If you are coming from the Old Town Square, it is a pleasant 10-minute walk. Head north on Pařížská Street, then turn right onto Široká Street. The cemetery will be on your left. Be sure to respect the solemn nature of the site.
