    If you are at the Brno Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), exit the station and head towards the main square (Náměstí Svobody). From the square, continue straight onto the street called Masarykova. Walk along Masarykova until you reach Jakubské náměstí, where Kostel sv. Jakuba is located. The church is at Jakubské nám. 11, which will be on your right.

    From the Brno Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), take tram number 4 or 12 towards the stop 'Zábrdovice'. Get off at the stop 'Náměstí Svobody'.
