Getting There

  • Tram

    If you are starting from the center of Brno-Stred, head to the nearest tram stop, such as 'Hlavní nádraží'. From there, board tram number 1 or 3. You will need to purchase a ticket from the ticket machines at the tram stop, which costs 24 CZK for a 60-minute ticket. Stay on the tram for about 6 stops and get off at 'Veletrhy', which is the closest stop to the observatory.

  • Walking

    After exiting the tram at 'Veletrhy', walk towards the intersection and head up the hill on 'Kraví hora'. Follow the signs or use a navigation app to guide you, as the observatory is located at Kraví hora 522/2. The walk is approximately 1 kilometer and should take around 15 minutes. Enjoy the scenic path as you make your way to the observatory.

  • Bus

    Alternatively, you can take bus number 84 from the 'Hlavní nádraží' bus stop. The ticket costs 24 CZK for a 60-minute ride. Ride the bus for 4 stops and get off at 'Kraví hora'. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the observatory located at Kraví hora 522/2.
