Public Transport - Tram
If you are near the city center, take Tram Line 1 from 'Hlavní nádraží' (Main Train Station) towards 'Bystrc'. Ride for 6 stops and get off at 'Špilberk' stop. From there, walk uphill towards Špilberk Castle, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs directing you to the castle, and you will reach the entrance.
Public Transport - Bus
From the center of Brno, head to the 'Zelný trh' bus station. Take Bus Line 84 towards 'Královo Pole'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Špilberk' bus stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk uphill to the castle. Follow the signs to Špilberk Castle.

If you prefer to walk, start from the city center, for example, from 'Náměstí Svobody'. Head southwest towards 'Klein’s Bridge' and continue straight along 'Kounicova' street. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach the foot of the hill leading to Špilberk Castle. Follow the path uphill leading to the castle entrance.
