From the city center, head to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Hlavní nádraží' (Main Train Station). Board tram number 9 in the direction of 'Slatina'. After 6 stops, get off at 'Černopolní'. Once you exit the tram, walk for about 5 minutes on Černopolní Street. Villa Tugendhat will be on your left at number 45.
