If you are starting from the town square (Náměstí Svornosti), head south towards the Vltava River. Cross the bridge (most) and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto Latrán Street. Follow Latrán for about 300 meters; you will see St. Jost Church on your right at Latrán 6.

If you are near the bus station in Český Krumlov, take bus number 1 or 2 towards the city center. Disembark at the 'Náměstí' (Town Square) stop. From there, walk south towards the Vltava River, cross the bridge (most), and then turn left on Latrán Street. Walk approximately 300 meters to find St. Jost Church on your right at Latrán 6.
