From the Eagle Mountains, take the road towards Liberec and then head south on Route 35. Continue to follow Route 35 until you reach the intersection with Route 4. Take Route 4 towards Prague. After a while, take the exit towards Karlštejn and follow the signs to Karlštejn Castle. The castle is located at Karlštejn 172, 267 18 Karlštejn. Parking is available near the castle, but be prepared for a small fee, typically around 50 CZK for a few hours.
