Walking
If you are starting from the Colonnade in the center of Karlovy Vary, head northeast on Tržiště Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mariánskolázeňská Street. Turn left onto Mariánskolázeňská Street. Walk for approximately 10 minutes, and you will see the INFOCENTRUM MĚSTA Karlovy Vary on your right at Mariánskolázeňská 306/2. The building is near the Císařské lázně (Emperor's Baths).

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch bus number 1 from the Main Bus Station (Autobusové nádraží) towards 'Hranice'. Get off at the 'Císařské lázně' stop. From there, walk back about 100 meters towards the direction of the bus you were on, and you will find the INFOCENTRUM MĚSTA Karlovy Vary at Mariánskolázeňská 306/2, right next to the spa.
