From the center of Karlovy Vary, start at the Mill Colonnade, which is a well-known landmark. Exit the colonnade and head east on Stará Louka street. Follow Stará Louka until it curves left into Karoliny Světlé street. Continue straight, and then take a right onto Mariánskolázeňská street. Walk along Mariánskolázeňská street for about 10 minutes until you reach the address Mariánskolázeňská 298. The St. Peter and Paul church will be on your left.

From the main bus station (Autobusové nádraží) in Karlovy Vary, take bus number 5 towards 'Hranice' and get off at the stop 'Tržnice'. From there, walk south on Mariánskolázeňská street. After a short walk of about 5 minutes, you will arrive at St. Peter and Paul located at Mariánskolázeňská 298.
