If you're in the central area of Karlovy Vary, start by heading towards the Vřídlo (the hot spring) located in the spa district. From Vřídlo, walk along the main promenade, known as the Karlovy Vary Colonnade. Continue walking until you reach the end of the colonnade, then take a left onto Mariánskolázeňská street. The Information Center is located at number 2, just a short walk down this street.

Board the bus and ask the driver to let you know when you're at Mariánskolázeňská street. Once you get off the bus, walk towards the main promenade, and then follow Mariánskolázeňská street to reach the Information Center at number 2.
